Description

The "First Strike", is a modern interpretation designed within the traditions of Japanese Sword Smiths. The blade is a 440A Stainless Steel in a satin finish. The blade shape is a combination of the ancient chokuto straight sword and the classic Moroha-Zukuri double edged Tanto. The grind is a convex zero edge, resulting in an edge which is much stronger than taper or hollow grinds. The massize blade thickness continues through the tapered full tang, resulting in incredible strenght from tip to butt.
Features a 5.50 in. 440A stainless steel blade in a satin finish and a
traditional Japanese cord wrap, resin impregnated, with black ray skin underlay handle. Comes complete with a custom injection molded zytel sheath. Overall Lenght: 11.75"
